Peter was absolutely brilliant when recovering me from the roadside. Did everything he could to get me as far as possible and communications between Weston and my breakdown provider was flawless. You’re in good hands if you choose Weston and even better hands if Peter is picking you up. 10/10.

Western have bought my Disability van back to me a few times. The communication has been good and the drivers have been very friendly and professional.

We had our Fiat Dolcevita towed off the M5 today. He was so patient with us because we had a rental car with a flat tyre and we had no where to go. His directions were to drop us to safe services and road side services were going to get a taxi to take us home. We are from New Zealand and have no home. Our destination was a hotel stay down in Cornwall. Not his fault. Just bad communication from road side assistance. He let us phone to organize what we needed to do. We were really appreciative of his patience and help with everything. We never got his name, but we was blonde with maybe a Russian or Ukrainian accent? Thank you for your patience. Called them out Saturday morning to take my car to a garage as it was not driveable. Took great care of my car and was a really friendly service. Fair price and definitely great value for money. Would absolutely recommend!!!

They provided a good and courteous service at very short notice. The only reason they dont get the full 5 stars from me is they said they would be with me in about an hour but in the event it was nearly 3. Once they arrived however they gave me no cause for complaint

These guys came to rescue my mum after a miss fuel. Really friendly polite and not at all condescending over a silly mistake. Highly recommended

Broke down just passed J21 on the South bound carriage way at 19:30 this evening. Ben was on the scene by 19:50 and was great. Diagnosed a faulty fuel pump within minutes. He then arranged for a recovery lorry to come and collect me. Lino arrived in his recovery lorry and we were on our way in no time. Great service, professional, polite and safety conscious.
