Great selection of plants, lovely coffee shop/restaurant but I do find the one way layout a little strange. The in door is quite a way from the out door making it a little difficult for those of us who are less mobile. The cafe is near the out door which means walking all the way through the store just to get a coffee, I understand the marketing plan but find it off putting.

Visited the cafe a few days ago and was very disappointed. Firstly the Festive Club sandwich was not available so was told that we would told the alternative was the Blue Diamond Club, which was perfectly fine. What arrived was the Festive Sandwich but minus the cranberry sauce. I ordered the Tuna cibatta, it was supposed to have melted cheese in according to the menu but I could taste nothing but tuna mayonnaise. It looked like something out of a tuna mayonnaise sandwich mix that you get from the supermarkets. I can't believe I paid so much money for that. I upgraded to chips at the price of £2.50, all I got was about 9 chips. Certainly overpriced and the quality was awful. All that money spent on upgrading the Cafe, did they not think about repairing or replacing the roof. We were constantly getting wet under the roof. Not happy one bit. Avoid the cafe.

First time visit. Wheelchair friendly inside and out. Lots to see. Nice open spaced restaurant and dog friendly. A little pricey but well worth a visit. We had a nice couple of hours and staff are friendly.

A nice alternative to the motorway services when travelling the M5. Pretty massive place with lots of goodies to browse and a good restaurant. I've marked it down for one annoying reason. (Don't get caught out like I did)! The toilets are in the car park. Once you go in the front door, you can't get back out that way and you have to negotiate what seems like miles of maize before you arrive at the exit. I was busting by that time!

Now part of the Blue Diamond group. Refurbished a lot. Plenty of product choice. Prices for some items on the high side, but being all in one place makes for convenience. Cafe is very big, clean with big selection of snacks, lunches, cakes. Coffee average. Can be busy. I mean, long queues busy. When it is, the cafe is very very noisy. OK stop for me but staff are very nice and friendly, also knowledgeable about store geography.

Great Christmas displays...but everything seems fairly overpriced. Lovely selection of ladies clothes and certainly more reasonably priced than everything else in the store! The whole place has been refurbished since Blue Diamond took over and it is unrecognisable to what it used to be like. A fortune has been spent on the place and in my opinion the prices have been hiked up to fund it! The car parking is great since it's been extended and tarmacked.

What a lovely place. Very friendly staff and quality products reasonably priced. Could've spent hours here, especially as there's a Maidenhead Aquatics inside.

Have visited the restaurant several times this year and found the experience very positive. The range of food is wide and delicious and staff are very helpful, courteous and happy to engage with the customer. A first class service! Happy to recommend at anytime of the day but the scones are yummy for morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Has had a revamp and is much better, moved to more or a commercial style centre moving away from a pure garden centre. Has a good-looking café so visited on a Saturday lunchtime about 2.30pm. Queued for 15 minutes and a further 15 for 2 rolls to arrive. Unfortunately, my opinion was overpriced. Rolls were not filled and a little dry. Teapots were half full (hot water surely cost very little). Two rolls (£9.45 each), one chips and tea for 2 was £28...... not cheap. Milk jugs arrive sat in your cup which is never particularly hygienic. QR code on receipt doesn't recognise the Taunton centre to give feedback as it is not listed. Will always be busy as it will attract a certain customer but not sure I'll eat there again as didn't think it was value for money. I will add that all staff in all areas were polite and helpful.

Been a couple of years since I was here last, it's has a nice upgrade. Lots more range in some areas, less in others. Unfortunately the smaller range of peastones/shingle wasn't to my liking as you no longer do the type I want. However, Nice cafe, good sized carpark with lots of disabled spaces. Friendly staff and over a good improvement.
