We test drove a car, which was faulty. Put a deposit down and was refused the deposit back when we decided against it. Now taking court action.

Brought a car and the whole experience was like pulling teeth, Rob seems a nice bloke but was so unorganised and when we came to collect the car it wasn't even washed or valeted as promised so overall pretty poor

Called for details on a particular car on the Thursday, and asked whether it was on site. Was told it was but called again the following Saturday to double check before driving to the 'showroom' in Henlade (basically a large dusty car park with a shed in the corner). One arrival, the car was indeed there, however was eventually told that a deposit had been taken the Wednesday before I first called. Whether it was a strategy to get you on site to sell you something else or plain incompetence, I don't know but won't waste my time with these again.

We have just bought a car from this dealer and I was hugely impressed with the support and guidance we received. Rob spent a great deal of time with us, allowing us to look at and drive a number of cars - he was incredibly patient as we repeatedly changed our minds before making a decision. Called about a car on auto trader and was told it was still available (wasn’t marked as sold on their website either), drove an hour and a half for them to tell us it sold the day before and they had no more automatics. Place is also impossible to find, address on website is completely wrong. Spent 35 minutes looking, rang multiple times, poor communication. Was then told on the phone someone will let us in, waited 20 mins until my step dad had to go looking for someone and the security guard had to chase them down. There was no signs, the sign was for a completely different name, gps will not take you there either. Just a bad experience.
