Our vet recommended that we took our dog to receive some physiotherapy for a muscular skeletal condition. Amy has an incredible way with dogs, and after a course of treatment our dog is so much better, we didn't realise how his movement had become restricted, it has taken years off him and it is wonderful to see him much much happier. Thank you.

Travelled from Worcester with a rubbish journey due to motorway issues ( 2 hrs late for appointment) . Ladies welcomed us and put our dachshund Buddy at ease. Made him some splints for his legs. A long journey but would defo go back if needs be. 👍🏼 Caroline, Amy and trainee lady… 👍🏼

I cannot recommend Nicky and her team enough. After nearly four years of pain meds and management, still seeking a diagnosis for my four year old working cocker Lupin, within the first few minutes of our first session Nicky figured out what was going on with this lad. She and her team are world class. I travel from London to see her and she truly is magic. The change in Lupin is phenomenal. But, more than the physical changes in him, what makes her magic is the patience and time Nicky has taken to understand him and his subtle ways. It is easy to assume his jumping is solely excitement but Nicky listens to him and whilst now it is a big “yay I’m seeing Auntie Nicky” most of the time before it was a coping mechanism for him to avoid touch and contact. Now he can sit with her and even offers up his spine for laser now. I don’t even want to consider where we would be without her, but with her he is pain med free and doing incredibly. I will never be able to thank her enough.

First visit to Win Clinic today with our Little baz and certainly look forward to future visits, Amy was not only a lovely lady but very professional with it. My wife said Amy fell in love with our boy, I think the feeling was mutal as she gave Baz treats 😂.
Highly recommended

I cannot praise the Win Clinic staff highly enough.
Our wonderful Dobermann, Woody had to have a rear leg amputation earlier this year due to bone cancer. It was a traumatic time made even worse by Covid restrictions and it was difficult to communicate and liaise with all the professionals involved with Woody's care and extremely frustrating at times.
Nicky and Zellah were outstanding with their support to us. Their treatments made a visible difference to Woody's mobility and wellbeing and they listened and made suggestions to help when I raised any particular concerns and were willing to try all sorts of equipment including harnesses, carts and braces to give Woody better quality of life and free him from any discomfort. We were able to be with him during treatments with the appropriate ppe which made such a difference to us and was stress free for our dog.
Sadly Woody lost his fight against his cancer in August this year but the Win Clinic made a real difference in his final few months and I would not hesitate to see any of the Team again. Thank you so much.
